Whether you’re an enthusiastic beginner or a confident cook, this is a unique opportunity to learn and observe the secrets behind one of the most well-respected Indian chefs in the country.

On March 29, 2026, we celebrate a milestone—25 years to the day since we first opened our doors! To mark this incredible occasion, we invite you to a very special masterclass, where we take a trip down memory lane and bring back the iconic dishes from our very first menu.
This exclusive event is more than just a cooking class—it’s a celebration of our journey, our food, and our guests who have been part of our story. You’ll learn how to recreate the flavours that defined our beginnings, from the dishes that first graced our tables to the techniques that have become our signature.
This hands-on masterclass concludes with a nostalgic three-course feast, paired with carefully selected wines. And to take the experience home, you’ll receive a goodie bag featuring a signed cookbook, special anniversary keepsakes, and recipes to relive the magic in your own kitchen.
The day starts around 09:30 am with a light breakfast, tea and coffee and an interactive talk from our chefs about Indian cooking and the many different spices. Then the group moves into the kitchen and begins cooking some of the signature dishes of Cinnamon Collection, along with the theme of the masterclass, You are invited to sit at our tandoor grill and enjoy the dishes that you have cooked, along with wine and water.
The day usually wraps up at around 15:00 pm and on leaving, you are presented with a signed copy of one of our cookbooks.
The cancellation policy is 15 working days prior to the event for a full refund, or we can try and accommodate you in another class. Please note, if you cancel within this time, we will retain the full cost, and your voucher will no longer be valid.
